I was honored that the guys from McAllister trusted me to create the entire marketing campaign for the release of their single "Come Back Home." My role was to create all the visual elements of the campaign; from music video to promo photos, album design, social media graphics, etc.
As the biggest production, the music video set the aesthetic direction for the entire campaign and it was the most fun part. We bootstrapped the set in the empty remains of a strip mall department store; but the vast emptiness lent itself so well to the longing in Ty's lyrics. I took a risk and experimented with shooting on faux-anamorphic lenses, but they totally paid off. By the end of the shoot we were all drenched in sweat but so stoked for what we had created.
The work we produced for this campaign will forever be a highlight for me.
